Returns & Refunds Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun. Please double-check all spelling, photos, and personalization details before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Lost, Incorrect Items & Custom Order Policy

We take great pride in creating every order and want your celebration to arrive exactly as expected.

If there is an error on our part including incorrect personalization, the wrong item being sent, or a verified production defect, we will gladly correct the issue at no additional cost.

If your package arrives damaged during transit, please note that all orders ship with insured shipping coverage up to $100 through the shipping carrier. Damage that occurs during shipping transit is the responsibility of the shipping carrier, and any reimbursement claims must be filed directly through the carrier.

To report an issue, you must:

Notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.

Provide clear photographic proof of the packaging and affected item(s).

Email documentation to SweetTeeArtistry@gmail.com with your Order Number in the subject line.

Once we review the issue and verify that the problem resulted from a production error on our end, a replacement of the original item ordered will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Please note:

We do not offer monetary refunds for incorrect or defective custom items. Approved claims will be resolved through replacement of the original item only.

Because the majority of our products are custom designed and handmade specifically for each customer, all design details are reviewed and approved prior to production whenever applicable.

By approving your design proof, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted all design elements including colors, layout, personalization details, spelling, wording, and overall design appearance.

Once a design has been approved and production has begun:

Refunds, replacements, cancellations, or design revisions will not be granted based on changes in personal preference after approval.

This includes situations such as:

• Deciding you no longer like a color choice after approving the design.

• Requesting design changes after production has started.

• Wanting modifications to a custom design that was produced exactly as approved.

If the final product matches the approved design proof, the order is considered fulfilled correctly.

Sweet Tee Artistry is not responsible for damage caused during shipping transit, delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, lost packages confirmed by carrier tracking, or mishandling after a package has been marked delivered.
