### Processing & Production Times All of our items are handmade and personalized specifically for your celebration. Production times begin **only after** you have approved your design proof.

• **Cupcake Toppers:** 1–3 business days

• **Cake Toppers:** 3–5 business days

• **Party Bundles:** 5–7 business days

*Please note: If we do not receive your photo or proof approval promptly, your shipping date will be pushed back accordingly. *

### Shipping Methods & Delivery:  We ship all orders via USPS or UPS. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been printed and packed.

• **Standard Shipping: ** Typically 3–5 business days once in the mail.

• **Priority Mail: ** Typically 1–3 business days once in the mail.

**Estimated Delivery: ** To calculate when your items will arrive, add the Production Time + the Shipping Time. We recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks before your event date to ensure plenty of time for delivery.

### Lost or Delayed Packages: Sweet Tee Artistry is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS or UPS) or for packages marked "Delivered" but not received. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please contact your local post office immediately.

### Address Accuracy:  Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
