All items are handmade and personalized specifically for your celebration. Production begins only after you have approved your design proof.
Please note: Delays in submitting photos, personalization details, or proof approval may move your production and shipping dates.
Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS. Tracking information will be emailed when your order has been completed, packed, and a shipping label has been created.
Estimated Delivery: Your estimated arrival date includes both production time and shipping transit time. We recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks before your event date to allow time for personalization, proof approval, production, and delivery.
Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless the selected shipping service specifically states otherwise.
Sweet Tee Artistry carefully prepares and securely packages every order before it leaves our studio. Once a shipment has been accepted by USPS or UPS, its handling, transportation, and delivery are outside our direct control.
Sweet Tee Artistry is not responsible for carrier delays, mishandling, crushing, water exposure, loss, theft, or other damage that occurs while a package is in the carrier’s possession.
Sweet Tee Artistry ships eligible domestic packages with the standard carrier coverage included with the selected shipping service, generally up to $100. Carrier coverage is subject to the carrier’s eligibility requirements, exclusions, documentation rules, and claim approval. Coverage does not guarantee that a claim will be approved or paid.
If the value of your order is greater than $100 and you would like additional shipping coverage, please contact Sweet Tee Artistry before your order ships. Additional insurance or declared-value coverage may be available for an added charge. The additional cost must be paid before the shipping label is purchased.
If additional coverage is not requested and purchased, any carrier reimbursement for loss or damage may be limited to the standard coverage included with the shipment.
Damage that occurs during shipping must be addressed through the applicable carrier’s claim process. Please contact Sweet Tee Artistry within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Do not discard the shipping container, damaged products, wrapping, cushioning, or other packaging materials. The carrier may require photographs, inspection, or presentation of the complete package. Discarding any part of the shipment may prevent the claim from being approved.
Depending on the carrier and shipping service used, Sweet Tee Artistry may open the claim or provide instructions for the customer to begin or participate in the claim process. The customer is responsible for responding promptly to requests for photographs, documentation, inspection, or other information required by the carrier.
Submitting a carrier claim does not guarantee approval. Any replacement, refund, or credit related to carrier loss or damage will be determined after the claim has been reviewed and will not exceed the amount approved and paid by the carrier or insurance provider.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please check with household members and neighbors, verify the delivery location, and contact the carrier or your local post office promptly.
Sweet Tee Artistry will provide available tracking and shipment information to assist with an inquiry. However, Sweet Tee Artistry is not responsible for replacing or refunding packages that the carrier has confirmed as delivered.
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before shipment, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or a shipping label has been created.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
