You grant Sweet Tee Artistry a limited license to use, crop, and reproduce the image solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing images that are copyrighted, trademarked, or contain inappropriate/offensive content.

Design Proofs: For personalized items, a digital proof will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to review the proof for spelling, layout, and image quality. Once a proof is approved by the customer, Sweet Tee Artistry is not responsible for any errors discovered after printing. If we do not receive a response to a proof within 24 hours, we reserve the right to proceed with production as-is to meet shipping deadlines.

Color Accuracy: We strive to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor settings and the nature of the printing process, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will be an exact match to the physical product.
