Digital Proof and Revisions

A digital proof will be provided within approximately 24 hours after we receive your complete order information. Please review all wording, numbers, colors, and design details carefully.

Your order includes up to two reasonable design revisions. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours after sending your proof, production will begin using the most recently provided design. Changes requested after proof approval or after production begins may require an additional fee and could affect the completion date.

Production and Shipping

Production requires 3-5  business days after your digital proof has been approved. Proofing and shipping transit time are not included within the production window. Please order early enough to allow adequate delivery time before your event.

Rush Orders

Rush production may be available depending on our current schedule. Please message us before checkout with your event date and delivery ZIP code. Rush service is not approved until availability has been confirmed, and an additional fee may apply.
