Your entire package will be coordinated using the information submitted in the required personalization box.

Please provide:

• Party name, family name, or event wording

• Age, milestone, or jersey number

• Preferred colors

• Event Date
• Any additional wording requested for the design

Package-Specific Selections

If your chosen package includes an option, please also provide the following:

• Rookie: Water bottle or soda/beer can labels

• Rookie, All-Star, or MVP: Football Bingo or Watch Party Trivia

• All-Star: Foam cups or clear cups with lids and straws

• MVP: Frosted flex cups or plastic shot glasses

• Championship: Sizes and preferred colors for both included shirts

If a required selection is missing, we will contact you before creating your proof. Official professional or college team logos are not automatically included; your design will instead coordinate with your requested colors and football theme.

How the Ordering Process Works

2. Enter all requested details in the required personalization box.

3. Complete checkout to reserve your order.

4. Review the digital design proof sent after your order is received.

5. Approve the proof so production can begin.

Your Digital Proof

A digital proof will be provided within approximately 24 hours of receiving your complete order information. Please review all names, wording, numbers, colors, and product details carefully.

Your order includes up to two reasonable design revisions. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours after sending the proof, production will begin using the most recently provided design.

Changes requested after proof approval or after production has started may require an additional fee and could affect the completion date.

Production and Shipping Timeline

Production requires 5–7 business days after your digital proof has been approved. Proofing time and shipping transit time are not included within the 5–7 business-day production window.

Please order early enough to allow adequate time for:

• Personalization information to be reviewed

• Your digital proof to be created and approved

• The complete package to be produced

• Shipping and carrier transit before your event

Shipping estimates shown at checkout begin after production is complete. Carrier delays are outside our control, so we strongly recommend allowing additional time before your party date.

Rush Orders

Rush production may be available depending on our current order schedule. Please message us before checkout with your event date and delivery ZIP code. A rush order is not approved until availability has been confirmed, and an additional rush fee may apply.

Personalized chip bags will arrive filled with assorted chips. All other food, ice, bottled beverages, and canned beverages shown in the listing photographs are styling examples and are not included.

Food trays and popcorn containers will arrive ready for you to fill with your preferred game-day snacks. Water bottle and soda/beer can options include the personalized labels only; customers will supply their own bottles and cans.

Product colors may vary slightly between your screen, printed materials, and finished apparel.

Personalized Shirts and Rally Towels

Championship Packages include two personalized unisex short-sleeve shirts. Shirt sizes and preferred colors must be entered in the personalization box.

Each personalized rally towel is a white 14 × 17-inch cotton terry towel featuring an approximately 7 × 10-inch DTF print of the coordinating design.
